Vicky suggested that we do niners-themed nails (red and gold), which I thought was a great idea.  I decided on a red-orange jelly with gold glitter on the accent nail.  Three coats of the jelly was needed to provide adequate, non-streaky coverage.  It made me realize how much I liked jellies.  GO NINERS!!

When I first saw Butter London Wallis, I really did not care for the metallic, olive gold color.  I thought it looked like dirty metal.  I still think it looks like dirty metal, but now I’m able to appreciate the uniqueness of the color.  Like the dirty metal of an antique instead of something at the junkyard.  Does this make sense??

My friend works in a fairly conservative work environment so she can’t wear crazy colors and leans towards sheer colors.  She opted for a sheer purple which appears more purple in reality than in the photo.  A classy and professional look.
